I interpreted social performance data for two brands to provide valuable insights for client reporting and content optimization using my strong understanding of paid and organic social media efforts.

As a contractor for Carmichael Lynch, I was tasked with determining the strengths and weakness of the brands' competitors. I created multiple competitive reports to show competing social media strategies and developed recommendations for the brands' future social media activities.

My role also meant pulling and analyzing metrics from Pinterest, Facebook, and Google Analytics to measure the results of paid campaigns.


We were in need of reliable, quick-turn freelance social support and Emma jumped in to rapidly become an extension of our agency’s team. Emma’s inquisitive nature was key for success in a remote-work environment, where she took it upon herself to learn everything she could about our roster of clients. Her deep social knowledge combined with creativity made her an ideal resource for tactics and needs from reporting and insights, to content recommendations and flawless calendar execution.
