At Counter Culture Coffee, I wore a lot of hats and evolved through key leadership roles focused on elevating our digital presence in the specialty coffee industry. As Social Media Manager, I established and executed our social media strategy across multiple platforms, developing our brand voice and building engaged communities of both wholesale partners and coffee enthusiasts. Utilizing content strategy skills, I collaborated with subject matter experts to create and publish blog content and planned its distribution among our channels. Through strategic content planning and community management, we strengthened Counter Culture Coffee's position as a leader in specialty coffee education and sustainability.

Advancing to Special Projects Manager, I took on broader strategic initiatives in the digital and CPG space. Key projects included building a store locator, implementing improvements to our lead generation quiz that increased our average order value and revenue by 5%, migrating our blog and implementing shoppability, and managing a consumer review project on our website and third-party sellers including Kroger and Target.

I also managed our paid digital marketing efforts, focusing on Meta ads to scale our brand while maintaining ROAS. I decreased our cost per click by 47% and increased entries by 278% across our Instacart, Meta, and Google ads. Working closely with content creators and our creative team, I directed content that converted.
